Rob Kearney considers captain Rory Finest is the»glue» that holds Ireland together but a farewell for him and head trainer Joe Schmidt isn’t essential against Wales on Saturday.

«We really should ensure we’re shooting at all cylinders for that very first week, [of this tournament] so that this weekend is a major step for us.
«And then you get to love and feel pleased with committing Joe and Rory the major send-off.»
