New York fans in a Yankees baseball game booed Giants rookie quarterback Daniel Jones when he appeared on the board Monday.
For his part, the dismissed the hullabaloo through a conversation on The Rich Eisen Show on Tuesday.
«I certainly do not pay a whole lot of attention to it,» Jones told Eisen when requested about the boos. «You are aware of it. Iconcentrated on attempting reveal some progress over those fourteen days and to practice and’m focused on what we’re doing here. So, at the close of the day, I am grateful to be a part of this franchise, so get this chance and looking forward to keeping it going.»

«I don’t know. I believe everybody on the staff is attempting to demonstrate they can playwith,» Jones said. «And everybody wants to play. When trainer said that I think that is what any coach does at any level in any sport. As I said, it’s all of our goals to establish that we’re able to play, veterans, rookie, everyone would like to be on the field. We’ll see how it works out, but I’m excited to find just a little bit of time but I am eager to get back and get to work.»
