NASCAR at Las Vegas: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for Pennzoil Oil 400

NASCAR heads straight back to yet another intermediate track this week since the Pennzoil Oil 400 will comprise a 1.5-mile race, which favors the Cup Series’ top motorists. But it introduces a challenge that is different than Atlanta Motor Speedway, in which Brad Keselowski won past week.

This track is much more affordable than that of Atlanta and tire wear will be less of an issue. So, last week, this week motorists such as Kyle Larson, who had the fastest car on the track for the majority of the initial two stages, could have less to worry about on this front.

But while we’d really like to select him, we will go with Martin Truex Jr., who is coming from a second-place finish in Atlanta and has finished third, first and fourth in his last three races in Nevada, respectively.
